Are you sure that you have the blue tooth module installed? Otherwise, Bluetooth should be on if your wireless switch is switched on. if you have the BT module installed, and the wifi switch is on and bluetooth still is not working, you can go into BIOS and check to make sure that bluetooth is enabled when the wifi switch is turned on... but first and foremost, check and see if you even have bluetooth... in the D620 /
D630 series, this was an add-on part and was not included in the base systems.
