Hi All

Hubby just brought a Inspiron 8200 for himself just to go online with. when we brought it, it only had 256mb of ram so we decided to get 2 512mb sticks.

We put both the new ones in and rebooted the Laptop but its still saying 256mb on the boot up screen. Let's just say its now driving the husband insane! Please help if you can.
