Dell Touchpad + Mouse giving problem when connected to Power supply

Hi,

I use a Dell Vostro -1015 from last 2 yrs and had no problems with is uptill last 2 months, whenever I plugged in power supply...my trackpad and mouse...slows down in pace and sometime it completly hung....also the back of laptop gets heated up even if I use a 3 fan cooling pad...



Can someone please help me how to solve this.
