I accadentaly bumped my laptop against the back of my loveseat and now my screen has gone completly white. But if I half-way close the screen or jiggle it it comes back for a few moments but goes back white again

Is there anything I can do myself to fix this problem? I don't have the money right now to get a replacement screen or another laptop and I'm just really rellying on a prayer that this can be fixed.
