Hi
I've got a consistent problem with my inspiron N5010 which got me crazy for 6 months! My laptop conf. is Corei5 Ram 4GB and Bios Ver. A09 6 months ago i faced with this problem for the first time. one morning I tried to turn on the machine and the power button didn't work! there was no light in front or side of case and even the white light indicator ,which shows that AC power cable is plugged in, was off. I contacted service and after a week they gave back pc to me and told me that BIOS was updated and it would be OK. but after 3 months the problem occurred again. service technician told me the same exact thing. And now after 3 months the problem appeared and i cant turn it on again. I read the documentary for BIOS update history available in Dell support site and there was no information about any fixation related to this issue in recent BIOS update packages. I don't know the cause of this problem and even don't know that if serviceman is right or he is trying to do something like a scam! please help me. p.s. sorry for my bad English  |
