Hi all, I'm new to this forum, I express my problem with the touchpad on my laptop.

a week ago I got the dell xps 15z, a wonderful laptop ..

however I have had problems with the touchpad as it jumps

the cursor when I try to move it and sometimes does not work ..

what I do is close the lid and reopen it, but it's uncomfortable because it works a moment ...

I installed and uninstalled drivers to generic and still not resolved the problem ..

any suggestions to fix this problem thanks...
