Hi, My Dell laptop M5030 was running ok then this morning my husband was on the web and the screen went blank and started beeping. The sequence of beeps went 3-3-1 I looked it up and said it was NVrad insufficient power. So I tried unplugging and removing battery. Then hitting FN + End simultaneously and plugging back in without battery and restarting. It does restart and comes on for a moment but then keeps shutting down unexpectedly. I'm not sure what the issue is now. A friend said that I would have to replace the motherboards battery, by removing back panel. But I'm wondering if that's even actually the issue or if it's a problem with the processor. Can someone help?
