HI,

Recently i had a OS crash..So i pressed F8 on system startup and took backup of the system using dell data safe and restored my system back to factory state.

Just to days later again my OS crashed and i took backup of the system again using dell data safe and restored my system back to factory state.

Now i have two exe files in my "Emergency Backup" folder and lot's of .dsb files whic are not in specific order. When i run the exe file after some time i get an error message that "***.dsb file is missing load them to continue". But i am not able to locate those files in my "Emergency Backup" folder.

I have lot's of data left on my computer which i am not able to recover. Can someone pls tell me how can i resolve this issue.
