Hi,

I own a Dell N5110 Inspiron Laptop with Windows 7 configuration(I3, 3GB, 500 HDD). I did a software update of Win7, but in the middle of the installation the system got hang and I had to restart my machine. The installation that was going on was of .NET framework upgrade. Currently when I start my machine, it says Windows was not shut down propery and prompts me to select the recovery option in DOS. Even though I select it, the machine boots up, but it shows the Windows wallpaper page (loading page) and not taking me to the desktop. Please help me and tell me what need to be done to resolve it.
